If you have not been to Oliphant Brewing, it’s time for a road trip to Somerset, WI. Known for their solid offering of high-caliber sour beers, art-covered cans, and merchandise, this microbrewery experience is not to be missed.
Top of my list are spberry squishy, with flavors of blackberry, raspberry, and almond, and their Oh? Rangee, which is orange creamsicle flavored! They have a great outdoor patio scene during the winter months – a rarity in such a climate – and the locals absolutely love the staff and welcoming ambience of the quaint brewery. Don’t miss this microbrewery if you’re in the area!
Breweries with an original atmosphere and company flair are the type that stand out against the competition. However, when it comes to insuring your brewery, that flair can cause problems to arise.
Did you know that selling merchandise online can create a cyber incident risk for your company? What kind of protection do you need from your patrons when you are renting out your brewery for a special event with outside catering? Is that rowdy patron too drunk to serve, and what could happen to your brewery if they drive home intoxicated? Most brewery owners don’t consider these questions while they are focused on building their dream brew. But ignoring them won’t make them disappear.
We have the expertise to see these potential risks and help protect your brewery’s unique and wonderful features that bring your customers back time and time again. We take a full business review approach to help you avoid losses, and we offer a complete suite of insurance products so you as an owner can choose what makes sense for your budget and your business.
Insurance is a pain and is likely not top of mind for most brewers. Making high-quality, delicious, and exciting beer is! It’s still an important tool to help ensure that your dream continues, though, and it can make or break a company if a loss does occur. If you have not had a professional review your insurance in a while, we encourage you to do so.
